Just opened up my blog since I posted on December 10, 2020. I was surprised how long it has been. Honestly, I have had very little desire to create any cards. I'm definitely in a "love-hate" relationship with my stamps, inks, and paper. The card below is one of the last cards I created.
Several days ago I dove in and organized some of my stamps and dies. It had spurred some interest, but I only seem to have an excuse for not crafting. I'm up here in my craft space and I am hoping to be motivated by something, anything!!!
I recently bought Tim Holtz's Distress OxideI Inks and A Gel Plate. It really sparked joy when I received the purchase, but now they sit very neatly in my ink draw calling out for some love. I also have 4 stamp sets and some dies that I have not opened or used!
I'm thinking this post will be overlooked. I don't have a following or product that would draw people here and honestly I'm okay with it. My blogging started in 2007 with several different Blogs and it wasn't intended to build anything, although for a short while I was a SU Demonstrator since then it was to receive recognition from peers for what I created. Fortunately, I have been recognized through different Card Challenge sites and I am blessed to have been.
It was great to get this down on "paper" so I can look back in a few months and truly realize what state I was in when I start creating again. I pray you will have a wonderful, blessed, and safe New Year. I'm still waiting to get my Covid vaccination. My health care provider says I'm on the list for 75 plus but supplies are low. My name will be in a lottery when my name is drawn to receive mine. I'm trusting the Lord to keep me safe and well.
Blessings, Bernadette/ Bernie B💖
