I'm back today with a card that I will post over at CAS Colours & Sketches and Seize the Birthday although I decided not to use the topping. I had gotten into a little bit of a slump again. My decision to put together some Thinking of You friend cards to direct possibly my creativity. Thankfully it did and I was able to get 10 designed, card bases cut and folded, and patterned paper cut to size. I still need to get them completely together, but it felt so good to have that much accomplished.
Probably not something I should post, is I had a real struggle with this color combo and the image I chose for the card. Several other designs and stamps have gone through my head since I completed this, but right now it is what it is. I really have been making an effort to use all the butterflies in this stamp set and the hummingbird set. It seems to me, and perhaps you observe the same thing about you stamping supplies as I do. I love the sets use it once or twice and then it sits lonely on the shelf for perhaps months.
This will do it for today, but I'll list some of the supplies over in the Labels section.
