Today I am posting a card that I will be uploading to two challenges, Mojo#358 and Word Art Wednesday.
I just received the Flower Patch Stamp set with the matching die, which I love. (You can buy this stamp in a bundle and save 15%. ) I haven't worked with it very much yet, but I will be.
The flower was stamped with the Daffodil Delight Stampin' Write maker brushed over the flowers. It seemed to give it a watercolor look, which I liked.
For some unknown reason, I have NO Daffodil Delight ink pad and have only one sheet of the paper left. It must not have been on my reorder list and I forgot to reorder. Oh wait a minute, that list is in my head. Need I say more!!!
Even though the color in the patterned paper was Old Olive, I chose to use the Mossy Meadow as an accent color. It really is one of my favorite greens and went well with the paper.

I have found using a padded surface with the photopolymer stamps really gives a crisp, even image. I use the back side of my Stampin' Pierce Pad (126199).
