Happy Birthday

 I'm here today posting a card that I will link over for CAS Colours & Sketches challenge. This about finishes up for several months with cards for the woman in my life. Seems so good to be ahead of the game!

I pulled out my Altenew Garden Treasure stamp with the matching die and used MFT Small Brick Wall that just arrived several weeks ago. The colour choices seemed to just fall into place for me this time. I really liked the way it all came together, but now I will have to choose the gal in my life who will receive it!

Happy Birthday To You

 Just a quick post today. I originally made the card below to post over at Freshly Made Sketches and Seize the Birthday. Unfortunately, I MISSED both deadlines. Oh, well this will still go into my birthday stash and be used since we have birthdays every month through the year except July.

I chose SU Soft Sea Foam, Mint Macaron, and Balmy Blue as my color palette. The bird was colored in Altenews Eastern Sky and SU Mint Macaron. I painted the branch with Tim Holtz Ground Espresso and the sentiment was inked with Versa Fine Black Ink. The bling is from SU's Holiday Rhinestone collection.

That is it for today. I hope all of you have stayed safe. The weather around the country sure looks dangerous. Here in our part of NC, we are seeing sunny skies and warmer temperatures, but that is not going to last say the Meteorologists.
