Hi All. Just posting a card this afternoon that I will link over at Mojo Monday

Masculine Happy Birthday Cards

Today is "Oldie but Goodie Day" for me. The stamps set I'm using by SU is probably one that was from 2013-14 release. I was looking through the 2019-2020 catalog and the new stamp set bundle, "Sailing Home" caught my attention. It is definitely on my WISH list!

Since I needed a few masculine cards ASP, I dug out the "Open Sea" stamps and created these 2 cards using several of the images in the set. I have always liked this set but haven't stamped it up in a very long time. I went through some older papers that I have hoarded, looked on Pinterest for inspiration and set about creating these two cards.

These will be linked over at Seize the Birthday

Tweeting You a Sweet Hello

Here is another card I finished up yesterday. I have had this set by MFT, Cute Critters for over a month and have played with it some.  I created this card for my new grandson with some of the images that are included in the set.

I had been wanting to use the sweet little bird and the birdhouse from the same set, so I set about creating a card using them. I really like the way it came together. I hope who I am sending it to will enjoy it as much as I did making it.

Happy Birthday to You

Today I'm posting this card that I made my GD for her 4th. birthday. This sweet stamp is from MFT Pure Innocence line. This is the 3rd. stamp from this line and just let me say, I'm in love!

Linked to Seize the Birthday Challenge

The challenge is always birthdays but it also includes a "TOPPINGS" option that you may or may not use. Since this was the stamp I planned to use for my GD'S birthday it filled both. Love when that happens.

PARTICULARS:
Neenah Solar White 110# paper, SU Gingham Gala DSP, SU Lemon Lime Twist CS
MFT Happy Birthday to You stamp with the sentiment from the same set (PI)
SU Subtle Dynamics Embossing Folder
Wink of Stella on the stamped bow through the middle of the box
Prismacolor Pencils
Black Fine Embossing Powder by Gina K (used on the sentiment)
SU Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots

That is it for this post. I have another card to post for the challenge and will include it shortly. Have a blessed and great weekend, AND go do something you LOVE!

Blessings,

Deepest Sympathy

Just popping in today with 2 of the 4 Sympathy cards I made yesterday. Unfortunately, it seems lately that I've needed them. I decided to make 4 since I had my dies and papers out on my desk. I'll need to run one over to my neighbor who just lost her Mom several days ago.

Products:

SU Highland Heather, Balmy Blue CS
Neenah 110# Solar White CS
SU Botanical Butterfly DSP
MFT Stitched Rectangle
MFT Fab Foliage die-namics
MFT Stitched Flowers die-namics
MFT With Sympathy stamp set

That's it for today. I've got to make some decisions on masculine birthday cards to create since I'm completely out. Have a wonderful Memorial Weekend and remember those who gave their ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Blessings,
BernieB

Congratulations!

I created this card several weeks ago for a friend who just moved. I'm so happy that I had the house from You Brighten My Day with the matching punch for this card also. I did use the  SU Subtle Dynamic Textured Embossing folder on the gray panel and just embossed the house which was cut from SU Balmy Blue CS. The congratulations are from a very old SU stamp set with matching framelit but it is layered on an MFT Stitched Sentiments Strips Die-Namics.

On the house gift set, I used Gingham Gala panels on Neenah White 80# CS and ran the panels through my Big Shot using MFT Stitched Rectangle Stax. I used the Vibrant Vases by SU and used with the coordinating punch. I punched each one from SU CS which matched the gingham papers. They were finished off with various sentiments from Gina K and SU. I colored the flowers with my Prismacolor Pencils and added SU Pearls along the top edge.

House Gift Set

That's about it for today. Have a wonderful weekend and I hope you get to do something you LOVE!

Butterfly Kisses Happy Birthday and an Oops!

I posted this card yesterday and forgot to link it over a Seize the Birthday I guess I was in too much of a hurry! So why not mosey on over there and take a look at what very talented ladies have posted.

The posting today is a Birthday Card that I made for my 4-year-old GD. I just love the Pure Innocence stamps with matching die-namics sold over at MFT. This sweet little butterfly girl stole my heart when I first saw her.

I colored the image using my Prismacolor Pencils and used Gamsol to blend and smooth out the colors. The papers are from SU the Gingham Gala Collection and Lemon Lime Twist, so are the flower sequins. The wings were brushed with Wink of Stella. I decided to use a Mini Wooble Spring from Taylored Expressions to add a little fun to the sweet butterfly. Hopefully, she will enjoy it.

That's it for today. Have a wonderful Thursday and I hope you can get to do something you LOVE!

Blessings,
BernieB
