To a dear friend

Just a quick sign-on today. I just finished a card that I will be sharing over on CAS C& S #463 challenge for this week.  I didn't have much of an idea what sentiment to use, but after I put the card together I just knew I had a friend who would love the color combo.

PRODUCTS:

Paper: SU Just Jade, Watermelon Wonder, and Pineapple Punch

Inks: SU Just Jade, Watermelon Wonder, Pineapple Punch, MEMENTO Tuxedo Black

Stamps: Hand Penned Petals, Sentiment from Plentiful Plants

Stitched Sentiments Die-cut by MFT

**I embossed the flower with Gina K Fine Detail Black EP then colored the image I had stamped and embossed it.

That is all for today's post. I hope you have a blessed upcoming weekend.

Blessings, Bernie B

I Miss Mew

Good evening. I'm posting a card tonight which will be linked over at CAS Colours&Sketches blog. This week's challenge is a color challenge which sometimes stumps me, but I think I succeeded with little effort this week. I have just recently received a few new stamp sets and was wanting to give them a try. There seem to be so many wonderful examples using the SU Plentiful Plants Suite. I'm sure I will not be at a loss for design ideas. And how I love the MFT Mini Meows stamp set! I hope to incorporate it in some upcoming cards.
