Hello all, I hope you had a wonderful Easter. Our family certainly did. My oldest son and his family hosted our dinner this year. And what a dinner it was! Ross planned the meal and prepared it all. Cooking is his creative outlet and it certainly blesses us.
His menu included roasted leg of lamb, Mediterranean rice dishes, fresh green beans,
crab stuffed mushrooms, pita wedges with hummus, olive plate, fruit plate and so much more. We all ate until we were stuffed, laughed, and finished with some delicious Baclava.
This a picture of his Saturday preparations. |

I also wanted to share my new Buffet. The gentleman who built my Farmhouse table built this for me. I am so happy with it. What do you think?
That's it for tonight. I'm going to bed early expecting to receive a call from my daughter who has been having contractions for a few days, but today they've been
coming more regular. Hopefully, Matthew Jr. will make his debut soon!
Have a good evening and a great day tomorrow.
Blessings,
Bernie Bee
