Well 2013 is coming to a close. It's hard to believe that another year has gone by so quickly. Although, they tell me, that happens as you get older!
As is the case with most of us, the year did bring some challenges, but I have been blessed. Moving to Southern California was my biggest challenge. Although I love this area, 6 of my 7 children live on the East Coast, so seeing them and my grandchildren on a more regular basis has been difficult. I have been able to spend some time out East though and for that I am grateful.
In July we are headed to Maine for a Family Reunion.
A week filled with fishing, boating, skeet shooting, hiking and just connecting and enjoying each other. Or at least, I hope enjoying each other.
Of course that will mean no crafting for a week, but I'll survive!
First, my sincere wishes for a Happy and Blessed New Year
