Aww Nuts

I am back today with a belated birthday I created this afternoon. I have decided to play along with the CAS(E) #335 sketch of the week that was a quick and easy card to put together.

After a conversation I had with my cousin in FL yesterday, I realized that I had forgotten her birthday.  So off to my crafting space I went today. I know she will chuckle when she opens it. There nothing like putting a smile on someones face with a handmade card.

Butterfly Happy Birthday

Hi All! I hope your day is going well and you will be enjoying the upcoming weekend. I worked on a birthday card yesterday finishing it up today. It will be sent to my cousin in Texas who will be 80 at the end of the month. She has been a perpetual "21" for years and the inside sentiment fits her to a tea!

Today is just a quick posting of a card  I made for my granddaughters 12th. Birthday. I hadn't made a one layer shaker card before and it turned out to be simple to create and they are easily mailed.

Birthday Blessings

Just a quick stop by today. I've been in the process of making some more birthday cards and decided to link this one over at Seize the Birthday with the Topping of flowers.

I pulled out my Gardenia Build a Flower by Altenew to continue to work with it to become more proficient with the layering options. I did only use two-layer stamps for the flower and the leaf, but I am happy that I was able to have it turn out well.  Practice, Practice, Practice!
