Today I am posting a Birthday card to 3 challenges. I think this might be the first time I have done this and actually fit the challenge time limits!
First the challenges:
At first, I wasn't sure how I would incorporate the colors presented by the colourQ crew, but I found this polka dot paper in my stash, and I feel it fits. What do you think?
I did use my Expression machine and the Celebrate cartridge to cut the party hat. I have been using the machine more lately and need a little refresher course on how to get cleaner cuts. I do think some new mats are in order though to obtain that goal.
